Fished Pike lake today. Very slow day. Only iced a few fish in several hours. 1 crappie, 1 big catfish, and a rock bass. Missed several small perch. Probably my worst day of fishing in 2 years. Got there late so maybe we missed the early bite idk. Dropped the camera down to see what the deal was. Saw small perch come in and just bump minnows real skiddishly. They would just peck at them. Bluegill would just look and not bite. Most fish I saw on camera would just come in and look then slowly swim off. Tried it all. Just not a good day. Most guys I talked to on the lake all said the same. There was a shanty near a brush pile I usually fish so maybe they were biting for him idk. I think we got there too late.
