Is the water Clarity at that depth good enough to sight fish? Used to sight fish on Silver before I had a vex. Wouldn't be a bad thing to go old school but I like looking at the screen too. Thanks for the info.

CNY has minnows in tanks outside for 24 hour service. Night be something in the cooler, didnt look the other day. He does respond to messages on facebook. He hasnt posted winter hours for the shop yet. Shop is on rte 14 just south of mountour falls

Mcintyre's on rte 414 in beaver dams has 24 hour minnow tanks as well in the garage. Didnt see any spikes the other day, he does have oak leaf grubs though. No mousies. Consistent hours for the shop and a lot of stock.

These are my go to shops for the area

Sometimes but from what my dad and bro tell me it has appeared cloudy when using the underwater camera the last 2 times out.

Is it worth making the hour drive tommorow with the warm weather, not fishing wise just worried about it being safe thanks in advance for any info I hope to get out I'll stay shallow in the gill area just don't want to drive if it's not worth it and I'll have to turn right back around. Wish I could of got out today as originally planned.

I always try a little bit of everything before I find what they're biting on. They're kinda finicky on honeoye.  Had a couple walleye lookers last year but no takers. I really want a walleye out of there.
