Black Mickey Mouse Boots vs White Mickey Mouse Boots

Time to retire my old Military Black Mickey Mouse Boots.  Thinking of upgrading to the White MM's. The Whites are toted at being warmer in more subzero conditons.

Anybody have any experience with wearing both of them.... any difference?

I have both and cant tell the difference because my feet have never been cold in either one.the white ones have a little more wool insulation in them and weigh more.

Takes a little getting used to walking in them. White is the warmest.

Have both.  Whites are wamer, but a little heavier and bulkier.  I only wear one pair of socks, and have never gotten cold feet in the white ones.  Did get a little chilly I'm the black ones a few times.  Both are an awesome boot for ice fishing.

what size did you buy ? i don't have a store near me to try them on ! . i wear a size 8 shoe in most cases

Ordered a pair of size 10 White MM's from Coleman Military Surplus on Tues 12/1
New Pair for $85 including shipping.  That's the best price I could fined.

Just wondering if I'll have to resize my ice cleats from my Black MM Boots to the White MM's?

They should be the same size on the outside.
The white ones are warmer. They were designed for the airforce pilots flying at high altitudes.
The black ones are the army version and are not quite as warm.
I have worn both. I now have the black ones as I don't have cold feet issues and I was able to purchase them brand new military surplus locally for $30 a pair.
My white ones I got used and they finally wore out a couple years ago after many years of hard servie.

I have worn both white and black.  I did not notice one being warmer. 20 years ago I thought these boots were the bomb.  But after wearing the modern breathable boots I will not go back. Feet sweat, and these boots lock in the moisture, and then feet get cold

I have a pair of white mickey's and they're a size smaller.

I got my black mickeys today from sportsmans guide and they are the bata boots.I ordered 1 size smaller then my normal shoe size and they just barely fit with a regular pair of socks.They are a little snug so going to have to return them I just may take the refund and get something else because it will take a couple weeks to send them back and get another pair.
