no ,arent you thinking toward the boat launch,I was north towards the beginning of the lake. I thought the camp was by there. Today was slower and I fished only a  lil while due to the wind getting at a guy so much(and my patience being short) ,I still caught a few in a couple hours so that wasnt to bad. ohwell till next weeekend. later

just wondering if anybody has been out to Barrier or Kip lately?  Just wondering how the ice is?  I've heard just north of these lakes there is lots of flood water on the lakes.

was down at kip last week to pick up the hut;tons of snow out there had to pull the bugger off by hand due to couldnt get the truck out there! not a fun job but me and a buddy got her done. as for barrier i heard last week the ice sank from the weight of the snow and is flooded  knock on wood boys so far the first week in a few without a foot of snow yet!

used to summer fish down from barrier lake at a bridge on the one grid and would hammer jacks like crazy down there,  right off the bridge.  Dont know what it has been like the last while, its been years!
