is anyone making box tipups

yes and no i made boxes to go over my tipups and added an alarm system so they would set off an alarm in my ice house they worked well and im now making them better
initially 18x18x24 im going with 10x12x18, the wiring was built into the box  and invloved the flag connecting two wires, it worked like a charm, but was difficult set up and you were never sure if it was right, now I made a tilt switch and wired it so theres an indicator light if the systems operational. some other key things i used a standard extension cord to connect the tipup and alarm make sure the female end is connected to the alarm so some moron doesnt connect it to a jenny and start a fire
ues charcoal and an old coffee can to heat it

have u came up with a jigging mech or thought about it at all.  other then windlass i am not sure how to set it up with the speed and the stopping and starting again

Nope and jigging would be hard with tipups but lively minnows will do yhat for you
