first off welcome to the Brotherhood. Now post some more and you can get to the reports section. Third yes there is fishable ice in WNY. SBH, Wilson and inland ponds

Small Boat Harbor is iced in nice, stick to south end, where everyone else is normally.  Venture near pier and you will see open water perpendicular to freezer queen peninsula.  Crappies are biting.  I am an employee at the SBH, so i keep an eye on the fisherman when I'm not out there, safe ice south for now.  Good Luck
