SM mag 2000

I bought a mag 2000 off of someone as is and I got it running but when I press the throttle I get no change in RPM and the auger does not spin. Any ideas? Also online it says there should be a yellow compression relief button but I do not see this. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a link (hopefully) where you can dowload the operating manual for the engine you have, likely a 2 or 3 HP.  You can see where the yellow button should be.  As far as other help, call Strikemaster and they can help you troubleshoot if you do not get the answer on IS.
