It will be cold enough.  Hopefully the snow stays away from your favorite lake long enough for some solid ice to form.  Good luck.

Buddy has a farm pond that when places had maybe two inches, three at the most his had over 9". Caught some good gills and crappie out of it earlier this year. Hoping it does the same!

You all are very fortunate to be out on the ice so early i tried to get out on the pond i go to in south buffalo the other day and all we had was 1 and a half inches of ice it really upsets me that i have no vehicle to get out to were you guys are at i would love to be out there right now! :icefish:

A lot of small lakes and ponds have been iced over for a few weeks...A lot of ice making towards the end of the week and we should see some of the bigger bodies of water get a layer of ice! Fish on!  :tipup:

Plenty up here in the Daks for those who are game for a drive, small waters and a few not so small ones have been iced for almost 2 weeks now.
