aqua-vu vpg ice fishing finder question

Just bought another ice fishing finder.  It is a aua-vu vpg.    Just wondering if they are any good?

Never have heard of one myself but if you post this up in the electronic section someone might chime in with some info. So I googled it and it looks just like the showdown, interesting. Here's a thread I found on it also
