back from maine
« on: Feb 19, 2013, 06:32 AM »
got back last night from maine, it was a nice trip with the family. only bad part was no fish, we set up on the lower bay on sebago lake. top was alittle sloppy but we got out got out about a mile out and relized i forgot the jig poles in the wifes car after she dropped us off, that put a damper on things. the 5 kids had fun making snow men and playing on the ice. i didn't see much action near us either. relaxing at the pool and hot tub was good tho.

You know the old saying , when life gives you lemons , make lemonade . As long as the kids are happy thats what counts .

only reason i went to sebago is cause of the derby and i had fished it once before. we have never caught a togue and still haven't , being with the family we had to be close to a shopping area for the wifes

I fish Sebago pretty much every other weekend. I fish the Raymond Beach area of sebago ( Jordan's Bay) walk or take the machines out about 1 Mile and you'll be in good togue water.
