2013 Ice season
« on: Feb 12, 2013, 02:18 PM »
With the ice season coming to a indefinite close(alot sooner than alot of us would like), I would like to get out for at least one more trip, so hopefully this will not be my last post of the year. With that being said, I started this thread to show off your biggest, best catch of the season, doesn't matter the species or type, I want to see your best, so throw em' up guys!!! -Dan  Here's my best this season, 36'' 14lbs. NW corner

Sweet, I was thinking about going that way this weekend, thanks for the info, I didnt mean the season is over for everyone, everywhere, but the central ct ice is gone, and I'm reduced to long drives on the weekends, unfortunately I still gotta work to pay the bills, know what I mean? -Dan

Dan central Ct ice is still here maybe not pike lakes but Higganum resivoir has 6-7 inches and I would try a ct river marina for pike you may be surprised.
I live for pike, bass, crappie, pickerel, and anything thats big and swims! Can't go jigging without my vex!
