Fishing expo
« on: Feb 09, 2013, 05:42 PM »
So headed to the fishing expo at the dcu center once again and to my surprise the same vendors and same disappointment.    Would have had a better time letting my money get taken away bye the wind.    That was the last time I will attend this crapshow could have had a nice pair of gloves for the money I spent to walk around

Sorry to hear that. I stopped going to the Worcester show many years ago. It was same old, same old. I was hoping the new organizers would put out a better product.

I went there a few years ago hoping it get a deal on some new open water gear.
The night before i downloaded the Shop Savvy app for my phone. Boy am i glad i did.
Alot of the stuff that was on "sale" was actually higher that i could get online.

The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad.

I stopped going years ago as well. Can't believe the show survives.

i went to that show once about 10 yrs ago. the springfield show is bigger/better but havent been to that one in a while either. sometimes you find some good deals there and sometimes something new but for the most it's the same every yr. i like the seminars.

expo is more geared  for clients for trips. Ive done some really nice hunting/fishing trips with numerous outfitters that come here yr after yr and nice to say hello to people have given and showed great memories
