Hate to say it, but you gotta be pretty slow to drive a 350 out onto the lake 2 days after the rain we just got. Magog is a huge lake and with the rain and wind there was apt to be bad spots, sometimes you just gotta walk!

I know itdepends on the situation. Some guys get stuck with the daunting task of paying for divers, equipment, and environmental fines. Although some guys get off scott free and their insurance pays for it all...

Insurance will usually cover it if the lake is completely frozen, no open water then its considered a state highway and insurance will cover it. Stupid rule

actually it was my cuzzins truck it went thru thursday night he never reported it till today , mean while they never marked the hole and some other guy hit the hole with his truck and blew his tire broke the rim and messed up his shocks and what not ....... like i posted those holes from the warm spell were like big toilets and the holes can get to 4 ft wide and they are just ice crusted ........ be careful

I hope you gave him hell for not reporting it or marking the hole when it happened...
