Check these beauties out
Still not quite over Hardwater season yet, but the hunting, and working on getting a boat are helping though.
In the mean time these are still part of  Hard water memories of the Delta.

A delectable plate anytime.....just had some last night.....Delta perch that tasted just as fresh and firm as the day they were caught....Grump 8)

Man get em out a fry them up or let your Dad do it they are amazing. I want to try that "perch roll" thing yet just never get a chance I turn my back and there all gone. But the smiles on the kids faces are worth it.
