Ice Fish Fest?

Saw the commercial on FSN today for this tournament in Sioux Falls. Is anyone going to this? I've never tournament fished on hard water but some of the rules seem a little odd (can only fish out of pre-drilled holes and having to pay an additional registration fee for any extra hole you want to fish). Are these standard tournament rules or is this event more about getting people to show up rather than fishing?

Thats kinda the standard for those tournies.  Thats why i don't fish them.  but, i've always heard their alot of fun.

If its at Catfish Bay. Than yea you only fish out of pre drilled holes. But Their fish arn't that great because its a man made pound and I have issues with the owners of catfish bay. SO I won't do anything they host anymore. But thats just me.
