I've been trying to contact Hoosier the mod to post this to the tournament list, and have had no luck.

If it could be added to the list, that'd be great.

Hope to see you there!

I live right across the road from Hattie and am in the Lions club with the retired  fish and game biologists who netted the lakes so I know a little.  Not many people catch 'em but when they do they're usually good size.  The fish bio says they're there and reproduce.  I know when I have caught them, through the ice, it's only 1 at a time and in water deeper than 20 ft.. Most of the time I and others don't fish that deep.  I've not gotten into a school.  So not much help.

Yes sir Randy, I would be willing to take your word for it.  ;D

Hattie perch pictures from the early 2000's moved it up my bucket list trip until mother nature forgot to provide your country moisture for a few years. Impressive trout growth rates and a shot of one of those perch will eventually erode my common sense enough to make the trek. Thank you for the information.

Hi,

A Non-resident annual is $92.00 and a daily is $14.00.  So for the 2 day derby it would cost $28.00 or $92.  There is free places to park a camper.

I catch 4 - 7 pounders regularly open water fishing off the bottom with spawn sacks during spring and fall.  It takes all day but you can catch a limit. Through the ice I catch the same but usually not a limit.

2 yrs ago the Ice derby winner was an 8 pounder.  My friend went out the next day in the spot the winner was caught and caught a 10 pounder.  I saw it and weighed it then he went to the West Laramie Fly store and had it weighed.

JThod...I am interest in getting 1 maybe 2 teams together. Is there a list to the full rules on here (I have seen it on my wifes facebook, but I don't have facebook so if it could be on here that'd be great)

Also...can you PM me? I'm from Auburn as well (don't live there anymore) but just wondering who you are haha!
Thanks,
Paul in Palmyra, Nebraska
