Wisconsin Bathymetric Maps
« on: Dec 15, 2011, 01:54 PM »
Sorry guys if this is a repost or if many of you guys already know about these sites, but thought this might be helpful.  And if you thinking, what they "hell" is this Montana guy doing in here, here's the quicky.....I was able to convert some bathymetric data, provided from our State govt and make it compatible for Google Earth.  That way people can make their own map on their PC. One of your local IS member from Wisconsin came across my post and ask if there is such data for WI.  After searching online and couple email later, I found no such luck.  Although, I was forwarded these links and thought it might be useful if you do not know about it!  Also, I did grow up in WI and am a diehard Packers fan....sorry for not making this short too!
