I should be there.  Hopefully we can find a place to set up since this will be my first time at this lake..

I'm on record that "if it just sits there, it still dies"

fyi guys, i fished sabattus this weekend.  had about 7 inches of black ice where i was.  there was some open water out to the right of the launch.  i had no issues taking my sled from the launch, all the way up the west side, and all around the north end.

also,  keep in mind the water level seemed a lot lower than last year.  your secret spot might be high and dry this year!!!!

anyways, my brothers and i had some fun.  no huge fish were caught...but there's always next time.  also got checked by a warden.  good luck fellas.

Glad your coming please come to the Derby office and say Hi !

75% of the fisherman are on 25% of the lake   the best part is that  the  popular 25%   just might not be the most productive  part of the lake on derby day.

Plenty of space for all the fisherman we  have

and we have plenty of room to grow !!! see you at FFAC on derby day

i will be there with several others.   For some reason i seem to get others the big fish and i am the one that doesn't catch a thing.   I will support the cause to the end since my mother was given a clean bill of health after being diagnosed with breast cancer last February.  Thanks for all your efforts

Although I have placed in several derbies I just never win the big prize.  I have made approx 1500.00 in derby winnings

There ya go icewoman. I'm just looking to support a good cause and catch my first pike and fish with Team Maine. Don't really care about winning. (It'd be nice) but I'll be happy with catching a pike and helping save the ta-ta's.

Just got my sleds registered and I'm trying to finish up a 4x8 semi-portable shack for the derby.  No more walking miles to get to a spot and standing in the cold for me this year.

I am actually looking to fish with someone this day. I had gotten the day off to go, and the people I planned to go with (my family) decided they couldn't go. But I'm still looking to go... just wondering if anyone would let me fish with them?? And I am actually good luck!  :woot: ;)2

You're more than welcome to hang out with our bunch. I'm heading up Friday to get setup and hook up with other Team Maine members. Staying the weekend.
