Tarryall

Fished Tarryall Dec. 2nd and tried on the north side where the ice was super thin about an inch. Moved over to the south side east of the dock about 20 yards from shore and found about seven inches. Two Buddy's caught three bows. I got the skunk! Moved west on the south side to try some pike out and the ice was the same. Got skunked again! The was moving all day and seemed dangerous. Good hard ice bout three to four inches with slush ice two to three inches. Still some open water.

Me and a buddy of mine went up there on Tuesday and it was cold as all heck inthe morning, caught a few bows and saw the golden eagle then we moved to the north and were looking for the pike inthe shallower water and they weren't there. The two weekends before that we knocked the stockers dead and hooked into a few pike. They seem to have disappeared......
