I would have, but I don't recommend using a power auger. Tried out the auger in the dog's frozen water bucket, bucket started spinning on the frosty deck and knocked me on my ass, bucket came off the end and the auger drilled a hole through the patio door. Got tied up in the rug and pulled the entertainment center over and busted the TV. Going to have to watch the Cat's kick the Griz on the big screen at the local bar. So far this season has cost me a couple grand and I haven't even dropped a line through the ice.
