My GF talked with Dick Zimmerman last weekend. He said that  the Perch were doing well. she was  talking to him while he was fishing out there. He said he had about half a bucket of keepers soo Im thinking they have to be pretty large for the MAC MAN to keep

I just heard the other day that Pablo is pretty good for perch.
Since you live so close, let us know how you do!

I have never fished Pablo Res, but always do well with a glow in the dark Swedish Pimple (hook removed), 8" below that, I run a glow in the dark Rat Finkee tipped with maggots or perch eye. Never lets me down!

Good luck, tight lines!

is it wrong to be turned on by an icehole?

Fished Pablo last Saturday and the Saturday before that. Only had an hour to fish once we found the fish the first time and caught 10 in that time (no size). Went back last weekend and thought we might nail them and it was so slow. Fish all over the finder, but not biting. Everyone else just standing around and everyone left us alone on the lake by 3:00. We took that as no one was catching anything.

No watercraft, it's a waterfowl preserve, I've seen two pound bass cruising in front of the dam, but never been able to tempt them.
