The anti-fog spray that skiers use on their goggles works pretty good. I've used it in my shanty for years. There are several brands. I think you can find it at Dick's.

The wood stove is vented. As stated above LP produces water vaper in fact 98% of the exhaust is, the other 2% can hurt you. Fixes, vented heater or thermopane windows. If your talking about a portable shanty your only option will be air change over, leave to door open once in awile.
