Mice destroy everything.  The ate the entire wiring out of the rear of my motorcycle last winter.  Dryer sheets will keep them out during the off season.  There is something about those things that mice can't stand.

theres alot of hole
get some matching duct tape or iron on fabric, put some on each side of the hole and sew it in with a needle and thread. all fixed. save your money for a better one.

My friends Otter first time out last year.  Big mouse house in the folds and a lot of mouse piss.  The pic does not show the size of the holes real well.  A small dog could go out thru the big hole.  He patched it with some repair cloth and glue.

If it is kept inside, like garage or shed, try buying some of those electronic devices that you plug in. They work great and you can buy a four pack (home Depot) $20

Re: holly mouse damage "dryer sheets"
Mice used the dryer sheets for blankets in my snowmobile. Dont rely on them.

As far as the holes go,  cut a nice square hole and get a clear plastic make another window out of it, or two in your case.

Really??  I have had luck with them and as a kid, I remember my parents putting them in our trailer when we closed it up for the winter and they said they never saw any signs after they started using them.  Your mice like to be so fresh and so clean clean.  ;D

Put that thing out of it's misery Rick!  :o

Personally, I'd go with the new cover route. That's one beat up shanty.
