rainbow was 15 inches real fat ... might have pushed 2 lbs

Beautiful fish gentlemen ;-) Not bad at all for opening day....I remember the days when I use to fish for salmon and trout...now it seems all we go fishing for Pike...I just get alot more of an intense rush when Im pulling a 12 or 14 lb monster through the ice...I guess you could call us Big Game hunters...lol...but no those are exeptional fish guys great catch ;-)

Im not sure but something looks very familiar with that background...were u guys happen to be fishing at Beals Pond in Turner? But then again im not sure cuz ive fished that pond lots and never seen anyone pullout a 4lb brookie..idk im just curious if it was?

no smelting just a few different lakes and ponds fried up some brookies for dinner last night and crappie the night before. Gotta check the IFW site for my fish consumption limit
