and Good Evening.

I live in RI. and I am looking for a good place to fish for pike  in the southern part of the state(VT) next week. I would be looking to be able to camp and fish for a couple of days. I have a slide in  that is self contained. With the weather that is planned for the beginning of the week I think hard water may be questionable in RI. So I am just trying to get an alternate plan and camping would be fun. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I hope everyone had a wonderful day with family and friends.

Dont know how much ice there is down in the southern part of the state I fished the northern part the last 5 days and found up to 6" of ice in some spots, Might be worth heading farther north

I just got off the phone with a buddy who is driving up I91 as i write, he says there are fisherman and bobhouses on the setbacks and ponds starting south of the MA/VT border and continuing right on up. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a place to fish. Good luck. BD
