This weekend?

Anyone going to try it this weekend?  I'm thinking about it, but it seams a little early.   Not like i'm not ready....   Only thing I need to do is buy some oil, and mix my gas.

If I had filled my doe tag I'd be out. I'm gonna try to fill it Saturday so I can fish Sunday! Good luck if you get out!

You know I haven't even bought my tag.  I have a doe tag, but don't think I am going to go out.  I could buy 3 more tip ups for the cost of muzzleloader tags for my girlfriend and me.  I gave the state enough money this year.

Nice...I'm glad to see someone else thinks like I do. I don't want to give the state another dime either.

I'd rather spend 27 bucks on my muzzle loader tag and eat good steaks than spend 5 bucks at McDonalds on a Quarter Pounder!

Really?  I like quarter pounders    I have pleanty of bear meat.  My girlfriend got a nice one. 248lbs sow in september.

Thanks for the update on Colchester pond.....was gonna take a ride out there tomorrow or sun as well as some other areas of Champlain that typically ice over early......will let you all know what I find out if it is positive.

Getting excited !!  Cant remember the last time I ice fished before new years.
