I'd be wondering how well that resin / plastic will hold up under the cold...

Otherwise - let us know if it works... looks like a light alternative to the usual wooden ones.

Some of those sheds are not very wind tight and tend to come apart easy.  maybe some extra screws and weather seal would help.

The only thing I can tell you for sure is, at -15 a hammer will go through one wall and out the other. It was brittle.  ::)
I would rather be cold than sweating my ass off in south Texas.

IMHO, for that kind of money you can build the Taj Mahal of permanent ice shacks OR buy a top of the line portable. I like the outside the box thinking but I think you can do much better.

My neighbour has the bigger model in his backyard for a shed and it has held up well to several years of CDN winter.
There is a guy on Simcoe here that has a permy made out of one of the aluminum sheds. I've seen it out there for years. he heats with a wood stove. Always wondered if it is noisy in the wind but whatever works I guess

For $650 you could buy yourself a mighty nice flip over or hub style shack.  ???

Would probably work better...
