all my cousins live in wisconsin and they all have been out fishing for about 7 days now it is makin me mad how just across the border they are fishin and here in mn 3 hours away we can't get out.

You're telling me. I've been reading about the Canadians fishin on 6 inches and the walleyes hitting, and I sit here absolutely restless. I'm having a hell of a time finding a lake near Winona that isn't connected to the river in any way, not counting lake Winona. I heard the mercury is really high in the river fish.
