Tailwaters

Do the tailwaters in Pierre freeze over in the winter? I'm guessing it doesn't because they should be running water through there.

I don't think it does freeze. Been readin on a different site about a guy in Pierre that has been doing pretty good on eyes on Sharpe. The other day they were talking about getting eyes down by Farm Island which is about 5 or 6 miles south of Pierre.
