upper dam pond or breezy pond

Have anyone ever fish upper dam or breezy pond.  Someone told me about it.  I was wondering if it is a public pond and where we can access it.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

south of hope, ri on rte 116 I believe.

you're not talking about the pawtuxet river are you? across the street from the yum yum store .

When you see the pond from 116 turn into the street that would give you the closest point of approach
there you will see a chain across two steel cylinders this is a town extrance park there and drag your sled down to water maybe 600 ft or so. There are bass pickerels catfish and i have caught pike that someone put into pond .
