Taught How To Fish

I took my wife and couple of my friends out this week to teach them how to fish.  All 3 are experienced in the open water, but aren't too familar with the ice.

Needless to say by looking at the pics, they taught ME how to fish.  

All 3 caught fish and my wife took home honors of best fish with a great bass and she caught a monstah perch as well. Another landed a bass as his first fish caught jigging - quite impressive - and my good pal Andy M had a few picks and jigged up some panfish to boot.   Me, I tried taking two runners and lost them both, haha!

Thanks Comeonenow. Those pic's are from 2 days last week and were my 3rd and 4th half day of the season and I only had 1 full day as well.  Lifes got me by the you know, lol.  Fortunately my wife is extremely supportive of my fishing addiction as you can see.  No complaints though, I fished a ton of open water this year.     Thanks for the reply, I have been meaning to send you a PM actually.

So whats the deal over your way, have you been fishing near your house? Last time I saw you I was crappie fishing at the cove during the spring.

Spent alot of time catching shiners and creek chum out of Woonasquatuket river.
During the summer, into late fall.
Haven't been on Slacks all year  Not enoght time !
A couple of Jiggers were on the ice jig'in up some Crappie and Perch, that's about it.
Except for the skaters.......
