Help wiyh my 87 tundra electrical problem
« on: Jan 16, 2010, 07:17 PM »
At first it was the headlight going on and off. Now i have no kill switches, headlights or taillights. Was wondering if someone could send me in the right direction as to fixing this issue? Thanks for all the help prior too!!!!!!

any chance the wire harness came off the hood and has burned through or chafed on something under there. My brother is a skidoo guru ill check with him for something common when I talk to him later.

Doesn't seam to be a wire problem check most of the connections they look fine.Although I'm no snowmobile person I'm thinking it is regulator or lighting coil but here again i'm on snowmobile person

Problem solved!!!  The last one made it 23 years maybe she needs a rest! I am getting the expected reply from the guru,Ground wire broken. It would seem to me that voltage regulator wouldn't affect the kill switch.

I have many union brother's in Canada. I don't think buying Bombardier in what's hurting our economy.

got on to www.dootalk.com, head to the tundra section and get a hold of labradorboy. He is a master with the tundra's, and skandic's.
