Thread subscriptions

I may have missed it, or just searched wrong, but is there a way to subscribe to threads?
I'd like to be able to refer to threads of interest without having to dig through all of the other newer or older threads to get to the one of interest.
Other sites I belong to allow the members to subscribe to threads and provide links in their profile to go to them.

Try the topic notification feature, roughly the same. A list of topics you have set to notify is also listed in your profile.
