i was on a lake off of 10 mile this afternoon and some areas had 4 - 6 inches of water in places,  just make sure your boots are waterproof.   I drilled a hole where all the water was standing and it started going down like a toilet.   there was so much water and slush being forced down the hole the vexilar was unable to give a accurate reading.  good luck, be safe out there guys

Only two inches of water where I fished yesterday. By 4 PM it had frozen back up. A good pair of rubber boots should work. Might need to break out the ice cleats too. It was getting slippery out there this morning.
I can walk on water.
