Jiffy 3 hp diaphram

I have a mod 30 jiffy took the carb apart today, diaphram has a hole in it .I want to see if you guys know which order the diaphram goes. carb then gasket then diaphram and which way does the diaphram face. parts breakdown would help

Thanks mech 12 exactly what I was looking for. My carb has a f stamp on it and the manual shows diaphram first with head of the rivet towards carb then the gasket then cover. after the overhaul my auger would not idle down, noticed that the thottle was not touching the idle screw removed carb and found the throttle plate binding in the carb, loosend the mount screw and realigned itself then retightened going out tommorow to try it out.

I just replaced mine yesterday and mine had the diaphram on the carb and then the gasket then the plate. But the guy at the service shop said to watch how it comes apart they did them both ways.
