Good lake...I've just started fishing it in earnest the last couple of years...the important thing to note is that it's ONLY OPEN from the middle of Feb. to the middle of Mar. so check your regs. Usually 15th to the 15th, but I'm not sure if they build it around the Saturday or not.
ANYway...typical laker fishing -- look for the 60 FOW mark, best if you've got a steep drop nearby, which isn't hard to find in Joe...lots and lots of deep water...seen fish coming out of 85 - 100 FOW.
