Johnson Bay on wawasee lake and area lakes
« on: Jan 25, 2008, 07:37 AM »
Had a buddy (crappiemini55) go out there and he reported that the bay had 8'' of ice on it. He said that it was all solid and good to go. There were a couple other people out the to he said. He didn't catch any out there but he wasn't out there long. He was catching them in the channel. Had a couple other buddies out on Syracuse lake and they did OK. One even said that someone had a 6 wheeler out there. If any one else has any fish report for Syracuse area lakes please leave a post on here.

I don't think that the 40 degrees and rain will affect Wawassee....
Or at least the channels :icefish:

Two days of 40 degree weather won't hurt anything at wawasee except get rid of the snow on the ice...

Perch time in front of the Spinx!!!
A bad day fishing beats a good day working!!! <///><

Fished the slip this morning at wawasee for a couple of hours, caught around 30 dinks nothing to brag about all returned to live another day..... Cold, Cold, Cold outside. Heading back tomorrow I think to try it again I am sure it will be a zoo out there!

I drove around the area today, and saw about 100 guys out in the Slip.  A couple of guys in channels, no one in Johnsons Bay, and I saw no one infront of the spinx.... How'd you guys do out at the slip?

Saw a lot of Guys out at Shock today too.... Any reports from there?
