Parker pond?

anyone have any experience fishing parker pond in mt vernon? never fished it but ive heard some good things about that place. is it pretty much a salmon lake or is there a good population of brookies too? any togue in there? thanks guys

Parker is in my area.  The states been stocking it with brook trout reg. for quite a few years now.  There has been some nice salmon caught there this year but it can be slow,  Two trap limit.

no togue just brookies and salmon, believe it or not they used to get 8, 9 .10, lb salmon out of there like nothing

I fished it 2 weeks back in 3 diff spots targeting brookies. Skunked  >:(

i fished it the second week of the season, all i caught were yellow perch. the two other guys caught two small salmon. had one trap on shore for brookies, but no luck. this is the last weekend you can fish it as well.

Caught my new brookie record there a couple weeks ago, lots of salmon too.

fished this lake for the past 3 weekends.   My friend and I have do very well with the salmon.  Haven't had any luck with the brookies.. I did catch a 5+ brookie last year so i am always dreaming of vatvhing her again since I put her back.... Watch for the spring holes.. very strange lake there will be open water in the middle of no where be carefull!

  you got that right!  been there ,did it, done it, got the tee shirt    but I have caught alot  of nice salmon over the years
