Trucks on the flats
« on: Jan 15, 2008, 11:20 AM »
Has anyone been driving on the flats with trucks lately and know what the conditions are like?  Thinking about going this weekend but I don't have a sled so I don't want to drive all the way there to see I can't get on :o

The road will be plowed, its just a matter of whether it can be done before Saturday.  My guess is if the snow stops, it should be fine by Saturday.  No guarantees however.

The town of Nipawin is on the Sask river, which opens up to form Tobin.
