why dont you take a ride up to simcoe and fish? Cooks Bay has about a 6" coating, im from buffalo and looking to go on saturday check out the board.

I find that area to be a bit of a Tourist Trap,a couple of days fishing looking at a $500 weekend. Friend went to a perch derby last winter and motel rooms where so expensive he slept in his van

i live in buffalo how long is for you guys 2 get there about 1 and 45 minutes for me i live about ten minutes from lake erie we have no ice yet but even when you do i have had so much luck on simcoe that i would rather drive up there and i love the area. The people are always greet to talk to as well

I LIVE ON RONDEAU BAY & BELIEVE IT OR NOT, HAVE NOT FISHED IN MITCHELLS BAY YET. I WOULD LIKE TO THIS YEAR. COULD YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN THE CONDITIONS ARE FAVOURABLE. I'LL DO THE SAME FOR RONDEAU BAY FOR YOU. PERCH & PIKE FISHING CAN BEEN GOOD HERE.

Melting here big time ,Temps in the low fiftys. I gassed up the snowmobile in december ready to go ,Looks like i will have to dump some Stabilizer in it
