Team NH Members - Please Read
« on: Dec 19, 2007, 02:19 PM »
It is very important that we make every attempt to place in this year's IS Tourney.

With that being said, I was wondering what species everyone will be targetting while fishing for this tourney.  I for one make trips specifically trying to catch a placing fish.

This year I will be fishing specifically for:

Cusk
Trout

.....and the green fish like perch and crappie.

So what will you be chasing?

yellow perch, pickeral, smallmouth, largemouth
when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways

I'll be after the ones that swim in the water. Heh heh!

Seriously Lakers, rainbows, cusk, and white perch if they include them.

targeting Lakers, Rainbow, and Cusk on weekends in Newfound or Winnisquam.  Targeting Pickerel during the week in some places that have produced giants for me.(scary fish,,,,buuurrrrrrrr,,, scarrrryyyy)  Is anyone sure there are not any Northern Pike in the southern part of NH?
Cuz some of these Pickerel look as big as medium Pike.  If I catch a 30" Pickerel, should I mount it?

I know I'm not really part of the team yet, but I plan to go for my old standby

CUSK

I do want to try for a couple other species this year

Rainbow/Brook Trout and Pike/Pickerel

Trout and Pike will be a bit of a learning curve for me, but I think there's enough information on this board to get me on the right track.

Why do you say this?
