How very true...   I guess I would have to look at in person to see how well it was made, but $1200

This is the first I have heard or seen of them. If there 1200 I'll stick to my Clam X2 for half the money and just as good a quality.

I heard that Clam is coming out with an insulated protable also. I'm so glad to know that they will be half the money.

Too heavy, too expensive, and ugly! 158lbs! A three man Fish trap is under 100lbs! If I wanted a four ton shack with insulation, and I had $1200 to blow on it, I would go the lumber yard!

A guy can build a pretty sweet hardside for that kind of dough!

 I think frabile is going to catch a little hell about the $1200.00 price tag . For That price skipper I could buy a older used snowmobile down the road from me and a new 2 man clam. WOW WOW. I think frabile push the limits with this shack as far as price. Can we say "Greedy"!

1) is the sled a Polaris or a cat?

2) Greedy? That much Thinsulate would cost allot of dough! The shack may cost a bunch to make, but that doesn't mean people will want to pay the price. Fair price or not, that is way too much for a portable! I could produce some fantastic items in my shop with gold plated hooks and platinum spinners, but I don't think I would sell too many! At some point, price overrules comfort and appearance.

With my Big Buddy and my Clam 5600 out there- I have never been cold. believe it or not- but its the truth. That price is ridiculous- esp when the mice chew about a dozen holes in it. I'll keep what I got....
