any areas safe yet on fox river, between dundee and elgin?

Not too sure.  There may be a couple, but last week, driving around that area, didn't seem too safe yet to be out, but that's just me!

To Stay Safe & out of the water I would stay away from RIVERS   As  many  are very unsafe  As rivers are all the time running water  So stay safe & off them  or any place there is running water  OK
