Here is a easy recipe for burbot:
Fillet one 10lb burbot , then cut into 1 inch cubes. Dry off chunks with paper towel and put in casserole dish. Add 2 cups of sourcream and 3/4 cup of Salsa (Any brand will do) to burbot cubes. Mix up some. Then bake at 350 till done. I forget how long my last batch took. Maybe half an hour? I will let you know next time I do it.
