Just giving a heads up the air-ation (sp)? has been turned on on Battle creek, use extra caution and stay away from the buoey, they will ribbon off the unsafe area soon, good fishing to all.

its hard to say but it is definatly not how it was two weeks ago, i went out tonite and i am still dry and that was south of the metro 20 miles. there are open spots on many lakes, i have been out with picks, a partner, a throwable w/ rope and life jackets. BE SAFE CHECK ICE OFTEN a pike aint worth your life. Blake
