Lots of wind and Frostbite. Bout it. Sometimes you can at least catch traction too. For the road in and out
You count your years by the Winters.

It’s not being Cocky if you can back it up.

we put our bob house there as a kid ..what a nightmare…always windy and cold
when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways

Brown trout are the targeted species there. There are some good ones but lots of 10-12 inchers and yes the wind blows there usually from 10 Am on.

I was there a month ago. Jibbs tells the truth cold and windy. The worst part is the road is steep and not maintained in winter. That being said the place is beautiful.

It's right in my back yard....
Very very slow for browns...
Even summer is a bummer cause there are so many loons if you try trolling for trout  or casting for small mouth, they follow you around and scare the fish into hiding
Beautiful place and yeah flat days are rare.....
Wish it was better but I don't even waste my time anymore
Gotta catch at least one fish per day....

I fished Christine on Saturday. Not one flag. There is always that chance of a decent brown but I wouldn't count on it. Oh and yes the wind didn't let us down. I would guess it blew at a steady 15 Plus.
