I'm feeling pretty pessimistic about safe ice on Sebago. Temps above freezing nearly every day in the foreseeable future. Doesn't bode well. I know some people have been fishing close to the boat ramp, but I'm not sure I'd venture very far out, even on lower bay...
The rule change to allow one fish above 26" won't have much affect on the fishery if the lake remains basically unfishable all winter.
