Winter harbor access
« on: Feb 27, 2019, 04:59 PM »
Hi guys , can anyone tell me if there is currently any access to Winter Harbor in Wolfeboro as well as ice conditions. There was a guy years ago that would plow a road out from the beach area. Tight lines, thanks.

I have not fished Winter Harbor this year.

There are posts on the site about Libbey Museum  parking

You should do a search on Libbey for details

There was a road plowed there last weekend and we haven't had enough snow to change that much. Vehicles are traveling pretty well on the lake right now but much more snow may change that.  I drove from Gilford Beach to Long Island and beyond and back yesterday ,  truck did spin a little on small drifts.

Fished it (Carry Beach) 2 Sundays ago. Went out on a 4 wheeler. Pounded around Johnson's cove. As stated the museum or carry beach.
