I’m set up a bit West of Pikes point in Pikes Bay just north of the channel.
Plenty of ice but I haven’t been out since last week...there was blowing snow last week and I’ve been told it all blows into Pikes Bay.
We’ll be out there early to bounce our house before the snow starts.
Last I was there it was just a coating of snow on the ice but we’ve had a couple of small storms since so there may be 3-4” of snow on the ice now.
Good luck out there!

I’d call that a successful outing! Nice going!

It certainly was for 4 hours of fishing were you out today?

We did a 12 hour marathon yesterday and came up empty save for a dink cusk...we walked out this morning just to check the cusk lines (nothing) and headed home to ride out the storm in front of the woodstove.
Kinda disappointed in the outings we’ve had lately.
Getting late in the season to find a good laker hole. We might pull the house and use the portable to continue fishing.
