Cavanaugh Lake - Washtenaw County

Anyone fish Cavanaugh Lake?  Apparently there is a park at the south end.  Is that the only public access site?

Yes as far as I know that is the only public access site on the lake.

Is it worth the trip out there to fish?  No quad or snowmobile, so hopefully the fishing isn't too far from the access site.
